At DOS Clothing, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

We accept returns and exchanges from customers in:
Nigeria, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, India, Japan, New Zealand, Brazil


Return Policy

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items
  • Items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery
  • Items that are damaged, worn, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery
  • Items must meet the same conditions as returns (unused, original condition, tags attached)
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Return Method

  • Returns and exchanges can be completed in-store or via mail (after approval)

  • Do not send items back without confirmation

Fees

  • No restocking fees are charged
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items (e.g. wrong size, color choice)

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Refunds are issued as:
    • Store credit OR
    • Original payment method (for eligible cases only, such as defective or incorrect items)

Additional Information

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be declined

  • Nationwide delivery is available across Nigeria
  • International shipping is fulfilled via DHL or other approved carriers, with rates calculated at checkout
